We all know people who are great leaders, it doesn’t seem as they have to struggle with decisions or dealing with problems. Some of those people can see a problem and just instinctively know what to do. They can see an employee that struggling and know how to talk to the person, maybe show them a better way or even take the time to learn what is causing the struggle.
This is what separates bosses or managers from leaders. Leading people is not the same as managing people.
Listen in as Kenneth Manesse Sr. talks about leadership vs management.
What trait or skill have you noticed when it comes to people you have dealt with that would make you to feel they are a leader rather than a manager?

Not all are born to be leaders, but it can definitely be a learned skill. I find it interesting when people say they can't be a leader. I say, if you want to be a leader and you're not you can learn, BUT not everyone wants to be a leader either.
There is a wide gap between leadership and management too. Many unseasoned leaders and managers get the two completely mixed up.
