Best darn kale soup in the world

Unread post by Marisa Goudy » Wed Jul 08, 2015 2:44 pm

I'm blessed with two kids who will eat their kale - as long as it's in this soup!

I often use millet instead of quinoa because it's so much cheaper and I like to mix up our grains.

God - I hate Kale :P I keep hoping that this is just a fitness fad that will evaporate soon.

But I am going to start making more soups, thanks to my dental woes, so this might soften the harshness of Kale ;) Thank you, Marisa!

If the pickiest five year old ever can eat it, so can you, K!

I'll consider trying this. I am not a fan of kale at all. I've tried it so many times, but I'll do it again because Marisa says so.

If the kale would absolutely kill you, there's "the other green soup" featuring broccoli and cauliflower: http://m.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipe/ve ... lower-soup

We're gluten free here and skipped the sour dough bread and it was still grand, but I bet the fresh bread cubes would be divine!

Ok, that one looks WAY better to me than the kale one. :) Thanks for sharing this! I am going to have to make it soon.
