Learning about Marketing from the Tennis Pros

This year the US Open has banned the "selfie stick". This would maybe indicate a discouragement of social sharing. That is simply not the case. Hashtags, twitter handles and more have flooded in with all the fans.

A lot can be learned from them that we may be able to implement on a smaller scale~ Check it OUT! then let me know what you think and what you may implement in the future.

Increasingly, brands are ditching highly polished, celebrity-led campaigns and, instead, relying on everyday people to spread their message on social media platforms...
Social allows a brands message to spread at little to no cost to the brand or agency. Promoting selfies and social messaging during large events like the US Open is a smart way for brands to reach more people NOT at the event.
