Re: How To Title Your Article so People Find it in Search

Love the idea about creating a "working title" first, then coming back and creating the "actual" title after finished. Takes the pressure off! Plus, I find I've been using more general words instead of specific words . . . so I'll start switching that up!

Re: PopUps on Blogs - Good or Bad

WOW - great discussion! I agree . . . pop-ups when used respectfully I don't mind. If they scream at me before I've even had a chance to read - I run away! I'd love to use one on my site, if I knew of a good one . . . suggestions?

Re: Do Facebook Ads Creep You Out

Even though I know how they work, they still freak me out! The first time I saw an ad for my e-book I was so excited . . . I thought I was "big time". Then I realized it was because I had visited my page on Amazon and didn't purchase. Ha!

So, as far as negative reviews go, it'...

Re: Someone is Using My Images Without Permission

I was guilty and didn't even know it! 4 years ago, when I first started my blog, I created images using an app on my phone. I assumed (incorrectly!) that any image on the app I had full rights to use. It turns out - I had full rights to use them on SOCIAL MEDIA but NOT on my website! Last year, I re...

Great reminder!!!! Often I'll share "inspirational quotes" . . . and do NOT check to make sure the quote actually belongs to the person!

Re: Customer Service Basic that will Make Customers love you

What are suggestions for "customer service" and "making people feel welcome" for someone that doesn't have a brick and mortar store? I'm a coach with 90% of my client interaction being virtual (video coaching calls, emails, etc.)
